E-Business Suite 12.2 Workflow, Workflow Mailer related issues

 

 

 

 



Workflow Mailer fails to start with the below error after changing the IMAP and SMTP Servers to use Office365:

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Workflow Administrator web Applications Responsibility
b. Workflow Manager
c. Click on the Notification Mailers icon
d. Click on Workflow Notification Mailers link

Changes

 Changed from using an Internal Mail server to Office365 Cloud
