AutoCreate PO Req Workflow Node Going Into Error

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to create internal requisition for Buy ATO item .
After progressing line from Suppliy Eligible using Actions --> Progress order,
the workflow node "AutoCreate PO Req" is going into error and the line status is remaining as Supply Eligible.
There is no record getting inserted into the PO_REQUISITION_INTERFACE_ALL or PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS.,
Tried with both Line Flow Generic and Line Flow Generic - ATO Item, and the error is the same.
