TFN field in Single Touch Payroll (STP) Excel Report Contains Special Characters (Doc ID 2416384.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

The Excel output of "Single Touch Payroll Report (XML Report Publisher)" is showing special characters in the TNF field. (e.g. ?111111111?)

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as AU HRMS Super User.
  2.  Run "Single Touch Payroll Archive".
     (N) Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
  3.  Run "Single Touch Payroll Report"
  4.  View the output file of the child process "Single Touch Payroll Report (XML Report Publisher)"
