ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Concurrent ->Manager-> Administer form not launching.
After application of Patch 17814970 unable to launch the Concurrent ->Manager-> Administer form.
There is no error.
Page just hangs.
Java Console is showing nothing.
Other forms open without any issue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to open Concurrent ->Manager-> Administer form.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Concurrent ->Manager-> Administer form.
Users cannot open the Administer form.
