When attempting to compile package PSP_ENC_CREATE_LINES & PSP_SUM_TRANS after Patch.24690520:12.2.0 ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE CONSOLIDATED UPGRADE PATCH 8 (CUP8) FOR R12.2.0 the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Patch.24690520:12.2.0 ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE CONSOLIDATED UPGRADE PATCH 8 (CUP8) FOR R12.2.0
2.Compile package PSPENLNB.pls and PSPTRSTB.pls
