Symptoms

OK button not changing to Processing for the below actions

1. Buy shipment->Shipment management->Change service provider
2. Buy shipment->Shipment management->Select and change the service provider
3. Buy shipment->Shipment management->Change Shipment Details->Change Transport Mode
4. Order management->order release->Operational Planning->Create buy shipment->Manually Assign to Existing Shipment
