Opening forms from E business suite get below error

Java Clent issue EBS12.1.3 : Responder's certificate is not authorized to sign OCSP responses

Receiving this error when users attempt to log into Oracle Forms,
Had not issues until 2 hours ago. Not sure how to pinpoint the problem Responder's certificate is not authorized to sign OCSP responses
