The Japanese Message is Not correct When Transfering and Recalculation on Spouse Deduction (Doc ID 2419810.1)

Problem Statement:

Case1:When Recalculating Spouse Deduction, the following Japanese Message appears and would not be correct.

""配偶者控除計算値。""(English:Calculated Spouse Deduction.)

Case2:When clicking the button "Transfer", the following Japanese Message appears.

""転送日(どちらか &EFFECTIVE_DATE または &DEC_FIRST_DATE の日付が後の方 - &YEAR_END_DATE) を入力して「転送」ボタンを押してください。"(English:Enter Transfer Date (Either &EFFECTIVE_DATE or &DEC_FIRST_DATE date is late - &YEAR_END_DATE) and press "Transfer" button.)

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Case1:

Steps1-1. Run the concurrent program "Japan, Spouse Exemption Form for Salary Earner - Archive"

Steps1-2. Use the function "JP Sp Deduct Form - Pay Processes"

Steps1-3. Change the status to Open from closed and click the Apply button and click the payroll process id.

Stesp1-4. Click the Assignment Process id link

Steps1-5. Click the button "Recalculate"

Steps1-6. The Japanese Message can be seen.

Case2:

Steps2-1. The same above steps should be done and then continue the following

Steps2-2. Click the button "Finalize" and also click the button to confirm.

Steps2-3. Click the button "Approval"

Steps2-4. Click the button "Transfer".

Steps2-5. The Japanese Message can be seen
