Last updated on MAY 23, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Shipping Execution - Version 12.2.4 to 12.2.4 [Release 12.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Interface Trip Stop

The Interface Trip Stop concurrent program is scheduled to run every 10 minutes.
Sometimes, for unknown reason, the concurrent stays running for a long time.
We need to cancel the execution.

Asked Application Technology (ATG) team to see if there were any locks in the environment in that moment, but no lock was found.
They just identified that the concurrent was running with the following query :
  SELECT NVL(MO_GLOBAL.GET_CURRENT_ORG_ID,0) FROM DUAL,

It also looks like that the concurrent was waiting for something.

This is a intermittent issue and unfortunately it cannot be reproduced in a Test instance.
