ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException Occurs in Uploading Journal with Captured Information DFF (Doc ID 2420971.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload a journal with Captured Information descriptive flexfield from WebADI,
 the following error occurs.

Exception during parsing of upload document. java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Add field 'Captured Info DFF' and 'Captured Info Context' to layout.
2. Create Document using the layout, enter data, and upload.
3. Above error occurs.
