Sales Orders Stuck With Status 'Awaiting Invoice Interface - Pending Complete Delivery' (Doc ID 2421331.1)

Symptoms

Sales Order's Line is stuck with status”Awaiting Invoice Interface - Pending Complete Delivery”. Workflow stuck at Invoice Interface, "Wait for required for revenue or delivery".

Invoice not created but  Invoice Interface status code is either ‘Yes’ or 'MANUAL-PENDING'.

Steps

The issue cannot be reproduced at will for a new sales order  but it can be verified for problematic sales order line following steps below

  1. Go to Order Management responsibility>Orders, Returns>Sales Orders
  2. Query the Sales Order and go to lines and check status is ‘Awaiting Invoice Interface - Pending Complete Delivery’
  3. Invoice interface status is ‘MANUAL-PENDING’
  4. Go to Tools>Workflow. The workflow stuck in wait for required revenue or delivery INVOICING_WAIT_FOR_RFR
  5. Delivery detail is Shipped and Interfaced to OM and Inventory
  6. While Running 'Retry Activities in Error' causes the error ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'INVOICING_WAIT_FOR_RFR' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/XXXXX'.
