Continuous Moves Manual Link Shipment Failure With "NullPointerException" (Doc ID 2421561.1)

Symptoms

When two shipments are linked by using Shipment Action "Link Shipments in Continuous Moves", system is throwing an invalid error message


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select two shipment where it is having different rate offering and try to link the shipments
