Symptoms

After setting Depreciate Flag = Yes, asset is not depreciating as expected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Add an asset with following month convention and Depreciation Flag = Yes
In the following month set the depreciate flag to NO
Run depreciation for couple of periods
Set the Depreciate flag to YES
Run depreciation for the period
