DUPLICATE_PRICE_LIST error when try to create Logistic lines

Symptoms
On : 12.2.3 version, Logistics Management
When attempting to create Depot Repair service order logistic lines using an item that is defined in a secondary price list that should be selected using price list qualifiers (like Customer Name)the following error occurs.

DUPLICATE_PRICE_LIST: Duplicate price list lines: <price list> , <price list>
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Primary price list has several secondary price lists with the same precedence. The secondary price lists are qualified by customer name
2. Item used in the Logistics line doesn't exist in the primary price list. It only exist in the secondary price list
3. Profile option "CSD: Enable Advanced Pricing" is set to Yes
4. Create a new service order using the primary pricelist and the logistic lines creation fails with the reported error
