What event is raised when running the "Select and Change Service Provider" action from Select Shipment -> Action -> Shipment Management -> Change Service Provider -> Select and Change Service Provider? 

An automation agent configured with shipment agent event SHIPMENT - ALTERNATE SERVPROV is not triggered by the "Select and Change Service Provider" action.  It only works when running the "Change Service Provider" action from Select Shipment -> Action -> Shipment Management -> Change Service Provider -> Change Service Provider
