Actual Behavior
Indented Bills, the Effectivity From Date showing was actually different from the single level Bills.

Expected Behavior
Indented bills show the given effective date in the bill of materials.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a bill A and Create a Bill B with different Effective Date at component level.
2. Now create a Bill C use Bill a and other individual component for Bill C with different Effective date.
3. Bill shows in indented bills form as Different effective date of Components which is not correct.
