Symptoms
It is observed that ERU Utilization not updating when unassigning Order Release from Shipment
ERU Utilization is being captured on Shipment when a shipment is planned Or when order is assigned to shipment
This is working as expected.
But when unassigning the order release from shipment, ERU utilization is not getting updated correctly
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management>>Order Release>>Action>>Unassign Order Release
