On Project Class Category form , when selecting the option "Allow Code 1 Only" the following error occurs.

Cannot update category; reference to category exists


STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Projects responsibility > Setup > Projects > Classification
2. Query for Class Category which you are looking to change
3. On this Class Category try to enable the option "Allow 1 Code Only"
4. Error occurs
