Symptoms

Implementing Project security through Key Members assignment to Projects and the Profile Option 'PA: Cross Project' 'Update' and 'View' for responsibilities set to 'No', Project restrictions work in all screens, with the exception of the Pre-Approved Expenditure Batch Form (Create and View).
