Appraisal Comments HTML Tags Issue For 12.2

Symptoms
On the Appraisal Page under Manager Self Service Responsibility.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observed that, on the Review Page, Overall Comments copied and pasted from a Word Document doesn't appear in the same format as it was entered. It appears with the HTML Tags.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using "Manager Self Service" Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Function "Performance Management".
3. Open up the "Manage Appraisal Task" Action.
4. Click on the Update Icon against one of the Appraisee.
5. In the opened up page, click on the "Update Appraisal" button.
6. Copy the Text from Word Document into the "Overall Comments" field (Text Area) and Click on Apply.
7. In the next page launched, the Overall Review Page, the Overall Comments shows the text not in the same formatted as it was entered. Instead it shows HTML Tags in it.
WHAT IS WORKING

If entered directly by typing in the Overall Comments field, then there is no issue.
