Duplicate Shipment Groups Created (Doc ID 2430366.1)

Symptoms

Duplicate shipment groups can be created for a shipment when user perform the following actions. 

Go to the Buy Shipment screen -> Select shipments that need to be grouped -> Go to Actions -> Shipment Management -> Manage Groups and Charges -> Create shipment Group

Note: When creating the shipment group, on the last field populated, if the user presses the 'enter' (on keyboard) twice to save the entry in the field and save the record.
If they press the enter key more than twice, 2 save calls are made and 2 shipment group are created.
