Symptoms

You have a special service that has a Mode Profile ID. When you clear it, then save the special service and reopen it the Mode Profile ID is still there even though you removed it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Special Service would have no value in mode profile since it was removed.
