Symptoms

When attempting to do operations in the Service Contracts application, one or more of the following errors are occurring in the Forms. The errors you are seeing may only be similar to these and this note still might resolve your issue.

Errors
    ORA-01403: no data found.

    FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06510.

    FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

    FRM-40735: WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-6508.

    FRM-40735: PRE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

    FRM-40735: PRE-FROM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508.

    FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.

    ORA-04052: signature of package "APPS.OKS_XXX_PKG" has been changed.  (Note OKS could be OKC and XXX may be anything.)

    ORA-04062: signature of package "APPS.OKS_XXX_PUB" has been changed.  (Note OKS could be OKC and XXX may be anything.)

    Could not reserve record [x tries]. Keep trying?

 This issue usually seems to have started after applying a patch.
