How to edit a lease that is already in use?

1. Form here is greyed out OR Locked from updates:

(M) Setup>Asset System>Leases>Lease Details

2. Lease displays on the "Leased Assets Report"

      (M) Other>requests>run, single request
      Enter Name = Leased Assets Report
      Provide the Book name
