Failed to generate form CSICUMPI
See the following error in the adadmin log

Compilation error on .. on CSXCUMPI_TAB_PRODINFO data block:
PL/SQL ERROR 905 at line 19, column 19
object APPS.CSD_REPAIRS_V is invalid
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 19, column 5
SQL Statement ignored
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a new clone from fresh installation
2. Regenerate all forms and libraries using adadmin utility
