When attempting to process the Rehire life event for an employee, the following error occurs:

This person cannot be processed as this person may be a

contingent worker or may not have an employee or benefits
assignment. Please contact your Human Resource
representative.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the employee in question.
3. Select View Person Life Events from the Desktop Activities drop down menu.
4. Attempt to process the Rehire life event.
Error occurs.
