Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, QA Related

QA Check on a Contract failed and it remains in 'QA Hold' status after it was opened for update

The coverage product is mapped to contract lines, its 'Business Process' added and price list added on the contract still issue remains.

ERROR

“Program Error: The contract line currency for line 1, Business Process for Service cannot be different than the contract currency. Please contact your support representative.”

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Contracts Resp
2. Query for existing contract , check QA
3. QA Check fails with below error
“Program Error: The contract line currency for line 1, Business Process for Service cannot be different than the contract currency. Please contact your support representative.”
