Retropay Enhanced Generating Unexpected Entries When There is a Retroactive GRE Change (Doc ID 2433975.1)

Symptoms

An employee had a retroactive change to GRE.  When Retropay (Enhanced) was run, there were unexpected retro entries for the employee. There are no salary changes - only a retro change to the GRE.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Retroactively change an assignment's GRE
2. Run Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF
3. Run Retropay (Enhanced) and find unexpected retro entries
