Symptoms

The activity time and drive time on the shipment stops are getting removed when an agent with 'RECALC ESTIMATED STOP TIMES' agent action is run after adding a Tracking Event on the shipment.

Required actions on the shipment:

Add the Tracking Event.
Actions > Events > Add Tracking Event > Add the following info

Responsible Party: Carrier
Status: Delivered
Completed Unloading at Delivery Location
Event Date/Time: 2018-05-10 16:46:00
Shipment ID: xxx
Shipment Stop: 2
Click Finished

Result:
