Incorrect tax calculated for one of the lines of the credit memo which is linked to the Invoice (Doc ID 2434235.1)

Symptoms

Tax is not calculated correctly for one of the lines of the credit memo transaction.
it is seen when Invoice and credit memo has more than 1 Tax lines.

Also, the Taxable Amount calculated in RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL for all lines is not correct.
