Symptoms
When querying certain users within the System Administrator maintain 'Users' (FNDSCAUS) form, the following error message occurs:
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001.
Changes
Enabled auditing on the FND_USER table, only on the END_DATE field.
