In Oracle Projects, After updating the payroll elements and navigating to "Pay Element Distribution Rule", the following error displays:

ERROR
-------
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows


STEPS OR EVENTS THAT LEAD TO THE ISSUE OCCURRING

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Payroll Element is appearing twice in “Pay Element Distribution rules”
2. When an element is updated used Update option instead of Correct.
3. Costing is happening Correctly but Payroll Actual Hours Report is doubling up for the element which is updated
4. When accessing form, error occurs.
