When attempting to run the Oracle Reports Conversion Assistant (https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-publisher/converttobip-1599273.html) the following error occurs.

java.lang.ClassCastException: oracle.xdo.dataengine.queryparser.QueryBuilder$SetOperation cannot be cast to java.lang.String
at oracle.xdo.rdfparser.DataTemplateGenerator.getUnionQuery(DataTemplateGenerator.java:3466)
at oracle.xdo.rdfparser.DataTemplateGenerator.getQuery(DataTemplateGenerator.java:3528)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run the utility on a complex report.
Due to this issue, users cannot automatically convert complex Oracle Reports to BI Publisher and may need to re-build the report manually, increasing the migration effort.
