WebADI: Uploading Template with Multiple Balancing Segment Values Errors with 'Entered Amounts for Journal 2 Are Not Balanced' (Doc ID 2439798.1)

WebADI: Web Applications Desktop Integrator

Symptoms

When a manual journal entry is created via (N) General Ledger (GL) Responsibility > Journals > Enter that contains multiple Balancing Segment Values (BSV) the journal is created successfully.
However, when using WebADI to upload journal entries to GL that contain multiple BSV's the upload fails with one or more of the following errors:

ERROR
-----------------------
Entered amounts for Journal 1 are not balanced.
Entered amounts for Journal 2 are not balanced.
Entered amounts for Journal 3 are not balanced.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Desktop Integration Responsibility > Create Document
2. Select Integrator = General Ledger - Journals, Layout = Functional Actuals - Multiple
3. Click (B) Create Document.
4. Enter journal data containing multiple BSV's.
5. Upload. Error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload data to GL via WebADI that contain different BSV's in the accounting segments.
