ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that when trying to use the Change Job function under Manager Self-Service, the Grade Name field is greyed out and cannot be changed.


WHAT IS WORKING
----------------

The same functionality is working in the 12.1.3 environment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Expect to update the Grade to align with the Job

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manager Self-Service
2. Worker Status Change
3. Select employee
4. Enter in new job information
5. Cannot change the Grade Name, as the field is greyed out
