Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version,
When attempting to add attachments, clicking on save,
the following error occurs.
This is happening across all the responsibilities

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go To iProcurement Responsibility-> Non Catalog Request
2. Enter the requisition details and click add to cart and then click View cart and checkout
3. Click Edit and then add attachment
4. After entering the attachment details and then while click on Apply
5. Error is shown as below
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
The same happens in the Internet Expenses. The error is displayed during the

2) Audit of Expense Reports
