Goal

When using WEB-ADI to mass upload Salary Proposals there is no option to upload flexfield values.
Moreover, the records are created without validating the mandatory segments from "Add'l Salary Admin. Details" DFF definition.

This is causing issues when updating the records from application form where users are receiving error like "Row 1 null - The following required field does not have a value: &SEGMENT_NAME".
