R12 BWC No Warning Popup Message to Remind Saving Before Accessing To Purchasing Preferences

Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, HTML Orders
When attempting to use Navigator button to change responsibility in BWC, the following warning message shows:
(The warning message is able to remind end user to save the change before leave this page)
However if click setting button at the right top of the corner > Preference, there is NO warning message shows.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing > Buyer Work Center > create standard purchase order / update standard purchase order
2. enter purchase order information / update existed purchase order information > click Navigator button > switch to another responsibility, system shows:
The changes you made to this page have not been saved. If you continue, the changes will be discarded. Do you wish to continue?
3. however if you click setting button > preference, system directly move to preference page, but WITHOUT any warning message to remind end user to save the changes that just made.
