Symptoms

When attempting to run the program PAXTRTRX - PRC: Transaction Import program errors out with the following error :

Error:

REP-0004: Warning: Unable to open user preference file.
MSG-20003: ORA-20003: import1_prog:ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_TRX_IMPORT", line 10582
