GTM Transaction - Execute Policy wrongly updated all product classification

Item is created with multiple product classification types. Created policy with service parameter which has only two product classification types.

When executing the policy against GTM transactions, all classification types assigned to the items got updated against the transaction line.
 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to GTM Transactions > Trade Transactions
2. Actions > compliance rules > execute policy
