SORT IN VIEW/UPDATE MODE FOR ATTRIBUTES NOT WORKING FETCHING RECORDS OVER 3600 (Doc ID 2443034.1)

Symptoms

In 12.1.3 is it possible to sort matching attribute values alphabetically(ie. Customer Names)?


Steps To Reproduce

1.  Navigate > Territory Management > Territory Administration > Territories > select operating unit > select usage = Service > click Go > find territory '????' > click update icon > click next to Matching Attributes page > click 'Personalize "Attribute Values" link  > click Expand All > search  LowValueCharIdNameColumn1 and Sortable Header: Value 1 > Click on the "Update" Pencil and change the value for: Sortable to "Ascending" at the Responsibility Level and Save  > retest and sorting does not work.
