 Does Collections support Payment Plans?

 I took a promise that was due on 6/24. I have Grace Days = 1. No payments are received on 6/24. Shouldn't I have a Broken Promise on 6/25?
 So a promise that is due today and doesn't come in, is not recognized as a broken promise until tomorrow?
