Prepare Phase ADOP Fails: Object APPS.QP_UTIL_PUB Is Invalid (Doc ID 2444037.1)

While running prepare phase adop is failing. Below are the errors, attaching prepare phase log file.


"adopscanlog -latest=yes"

to get the list of the log files along with snippet of the error message corresponding to each log file.
