Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For journal line reconciliation, concurrent program Reconciliation - Automatic Reconciliation is correctly updating the last_update_date field in the gl_je_lines_recon table.
When the user manually unreconciles a journal line the status correctly shows unreconciled in table gl_je_lines_recon but the last_update_date is not changed to reflect the current date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the manual unreconcile process to update the last_update_date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) GL Responsibility > Reconciliation > Reverse
2. Query ledger and currency.
3. Select lines, click (B) Unreconcile. The last_update_date in table gl_je_lines_recon is not updated.
