Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Find that one cannot query a price list after upgrading to Oracle Applications 12.1.3

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expects to be able to query At least two price lists

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Price Lists > Price List Setup
3. Enter query
4. Set price list name = %
5. Execute query
6. No records are shown
