Unable to Hide "Start Archive" Button on QuickPay Form (Doc ID 2445473.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

"Start Archive" button in the QuickPay form is not hidden even setting the DISPLAY property to FALSE.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login with US HRMS Manager responsibility.
  2.  Go to QuickPay form
  3.  Open the form personalization and set DISPLAYED property to FALSE for the target object CTL_BUT1.ARCH_BUTTON.
  4.  Reopen the QuickPay form but the "Start Archive" button is still displayed.
