Symptoms

When attempting to run RTI - Employer Payment Summary Process (EPS), the following error occurs.

ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: Errors found while archiving data.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_GB_EPS_XX", line ...
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_GB_EPS_XX", line ...
ORA-06512: at line 1

where XX is the current year.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. run RTI - Employer Payment Summary Process (EPS),
Parameters:
Effective Date: DD-MON-YYYY (for example: 05-AUG-2018)
Gateway Test Indicator: Live
XML Storage Type: File System and Database
