There are custom processes that are not available on the Readiness Configuration page.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Readiness Configuration page(N: Payroll Dashboard -> Readiness Configuration)
2. Open Process Name LOV
3. Not Search custom process
