HTML page to show all 6 segments (eg. 0001-0002-0003-0004-0005-000006).

STEPS
During RMA Receipt through HTML page only first item segment (SEGMENT1) is shown. Our item structure has 6 segments (eg. 0001-0002-0003-0004-0005-000006).
During RMA Receipt through HTML page only 0001 is visible.
