What are the Create Workload Assignment Page Validation Checks?
The Create Workload Assignment Page has a 3 issues that are all related:
1) "Assignment Milestone Template" drives the template for the page, so this field should be placed above “Estimated Duration (Days)” or else users will fill it out in the wrong order
2) Remove the validation check for "Assignment Milestone Template" field after the user fills out “Estimated Duration (Days)” because this should not throw error message since it does not give the user the opportunity to fill out "Assignment Milestone Template"
3) Add validation for “Assignment Milestone Template” when the user clicks “Apply” (should throw hard stop error) because right now it allows the user to submit without a template, which is incorrect
